Data Deletion Instructions

Datyra users may request deletion of their account, workspace data, connected Meta or WhatsApp integration data, or other personal information processed by Datyra Technologies Pvt Ltd.

This page explains how to submit a data deletion request for Meta app review, WhatsApp Business Platform compliance, and general privacy requests.

To request deletion, email privacy@datyra.io from the email address registered to your Datyra account.

Please include the following information:

• Your full name
• Company or workspace name
• Registered email address
• A clear description of the data you want deleted (for example: entire account, specific workspace, WhatsApp integration only)
• Any additional verification information we may request

Datyra will verify your identity and authority to act on the request before processing deletion. We may ask for additional information to confirm account ownership or organizational authorization.

Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 business days, unless retention is required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, billing, security, or compliance purposes.

We will confirm when deletion is complete or explain any data that must be retained and why.

For Meta or WhatsApp connected accounts, Datyra can delete stored integration metadata, webhook logs where legally possible, template sync data, and account connection references held on our systems.

Some records may remain with Meta, WhatsApp, or other messaging providers under their own retention policies and terms. You may also need to disconnect integrations directly in those provider consoles.
